Rental unit in New York

30+days minimum. Next available start date is NOVEMBER 16. This is a small private studio apartment in our family-owned Soho Townhouse. It's Legal to rent even with all the new NYC rules! Close to many lovely cafes, restaurants, and shops. Close to all subways. Please read the detailed description so you get a true feel for the place - it is an incredible apartment but not for everyone! We no longer allow instant booking. But I reply very quickly! The space This private studio is in our beautiful SohoTownhouse where we also live. It is a warm and inviting place, but small, really fit for a single or couple. Beautiful Queen sized bed. The studio has a small kitchenette (no oven) with a small fridge and 2 burners. Also a microwave, toaster and toaster oven. This is the best neighborhood in NYC and living in the studio is being in the heart of it all! Because all our rentals are 30+ we do a few special things to care for our guests. We do not charge cleaning fees, and provide a mid-rental cleaning for fresh linens and towels. We provide TP, towels and other supplies as needed, and more! We have excellent wifi and a smart TV and the studio is up 2.5 flights of stairs. We have blinds, but they are not blackout! Apt is light-filled, bright and sunny. A desk and a table for our work-from-home guests. The Townhouse is very old (1826) and some of the walls and floors in the building reflect this — which we love — but might not be for everyone. The stairway is particularly quirky and could use attention. This is ‘old-world’ charm, so if you want Soho Chic/slick this family home is probably not for you!! The bathroom is very small but has a great shower and a full tub! We are pet friendly, but only one dog. Noise. Very very quiet faces garden. Guest access Studio apartment. Private. Other things to note The studio is in our Townhouse. We have 2 kids and a dog! You might meet them on the stairs. The studio is 2 flights up via stairs. We have blinds, but NOT blackout blinds! The studio is sunny. The bathroom is tiny but it has a full tub, a good shower, and toilet. Noise: The apartment faces the garden and is mostly very quiet, with normal back-yard noises if people are dining or kids are playing in the yards.
