The space Located on a quiet, private marina next to toehead island. Guest access There is a locked gate. Access code will be given upon completion of your reservation. During your stay We are available to you 24/7. Other things to note Vessel Use & Charter Terms This reservation is for the dockside use of a privately owned vessel under a bareboat (demise) charter. No captain or crew are provided. The vessel will remain securely moored at the dock for the duration of the reservation and will not get underway. By booking, the guest acknowledges that they are chartering the vessel as owner pro hac vice, assuming full responsibility for its use, condition, and occupants during the reservation period. A separate Bareboat Charter Agreement will be required prior to access. Registration Details Exempt
