GUEST ACCESS - Access to Netflix, Youtube, etc., with the 50" Smart TV - Shower heater - High speed Fiber WiFi up to 400mbps - Airconditioned Master bedroom with Full double sized bed - Airconditioned Guestroom with double deck bed - Sofa bed - Portable Videoke speaker - can be used alongside the TV via youtube - Board games (UNO, Jenga, Chess, Snakes & Ladders, playing cards, etc.) - Complete Kitchen (Refrigerator w/ ice maker, Microwave, Oven, Rice Cooker, induction stove, coffee maker) with cooking and eating utensils - Swimming Pool can be used by guests every MONDAY, TUESDAY, and WEDNESDAY ONLY excluding Holidays for Php 224 per head. - Free one slot of Parking (car details should be sent at least a day before check-in).
