Endicott Gardens is a 21 and over venue, smoke free, pet /animal free- located just 7 minutes from the ocean & steps away from the Rogue River! The open concept also has a beautiful old world European dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking ware and has a stove, Keurig coffee pot, tea pot, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and prep area. Endicott Gardens is a one acre venue with a B&B, Botanical Tea House, Private Farmhouse Guesthouse (this listing), Holistic Spa and many beautiful gardens, water features and sitting areas! BREAKFAST & SPA OPTIONS: This listing is separate from our main B&B property, but in the same gated venue. If you are interested in booking a spa treatment with your stay, please do so well in advance (especially in busy season). You can also request to add on our farm to table breakfast when we have room in the B&B dining room. If you read our many reviews on the B&B side, we are known for our fresh farm to table innovative botanical cuisine! If you want to add breakfast (AND we have availability), it is $25 per person per day and will be billed to your separately. Just ask us for more details prior to your arrival! Other things to note We are a 21 and over venue. ALL guests must be 21 and over unless approved by us for an exception. Property is smoke free, animal and pet free.
