Minimalist setup – no decoration to keep prices low & cleaning efficient. Not suitable for small children (some sockets not childproof). Quiet rural area in Steinenbronn with good access to airport & trade fair. Other things to note The bathroom has a modern sliding glass door that cannot be locked. The shower and bath area remain open, though they are not visible from the living room or other spaces, as the bathroom is located around a corner. The toilet is separate and can be locked for privacy. This setup is ideal for groups of friends or men’s groups, as it resembles a shared shower area like in a fitness studio.
