Queen Beautyrest Plush Firm Eurotop.Glass desk.Large walk-in closet built-in shelving throughout, dresser & glass sliding closet doors.The separate room a tiled-floor kitchen has custom Euro-style cabinets, granite countertops, a gas stove with oven, extracting hood & refrigerator. There is a deep single sink with garbage disposal. The windowed bathroom has a tiled floor & marbled tiled stall shower only. There are four large dual-pained windows.Wall gas heater, a window a/c & two ceiling fans.One wall adjacent with "twin" Single apt via bth & kit/dining room. Pavered walk way. Guest access The unit a part of the rear structure of the property with the other side being a city alley. On Friday mornings as early 6:00 a.m., the three different city trucks drive thru the alley to pick-up the solid waste bins. To access the unit there are 16 exterior cement stairs to climb to arrive to the common covered porch of the two twin Single apartments which are located over four individual garages. This unit is at the far west end of the porch having a patio chair and table for lounging. FYI, there is a friendly French Bulldog walking lose at times in the back common walkway portion of the property. Besides a garage underneath this unit that could be used for parking, if asked for in advance, there is also FREE street parking with NO time limit NOR permit requirement like in much of LA and BH. FYI, we do have street cleaning on the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month on Mondays and Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.. FYI, ALL the past and current tenants on the property prefer and use street parking! Other things to note Please note as a CA Host, after accepting a reservation I will email a standard CA "Application to Lease" be completed, signed and returned to me along with two official picture I.D.s (i.e. passport, driver's license, etc.) prior to the "Arrival Date" for our records from each potential guest 18 years of age and older. Their complete names should also be added to the list of names with the Airbnb reservation. This unit has a Non-Smoking Indoors and No Pets Policy. Please note that the monthly price includes a cap of total of ALL utility usage of $150 per month. Over usage from that limit will be deducted from the Security Deposit on hold with Airbnb.
