To that effect, we provide: - Generator, AC, Wi-Fi - Wardrobe, hangers - Iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Secured parking space for up to 3 cars and 4 bikes This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property. The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 3 spacious bedrooms on the premises of the property - all on the ground floor. - All bedrooms offer a myriad of amenities including a king-sized bed, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, AC, extra mattresses and an attached bathroom. - There is an additional air-conditioned attic room on the first floor, with a sofa-bed, TV, Wi-Fi access and an attached balcony overlooking the surrounding scenery. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms, 1 powder room on the ground floor and 1 common bathroom on the first floor. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a spacious living room on the ground floor, thoughtfully furnished with seating for up to 8 people. - It is equipped with amenities such as AC, Wi-Fi and a music system. - The air-conditioned dining area is a component of the living room and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. - The exteriors of this holiday home are an absolute delight. - Guests can unwind and soak in the morning sun whilst in the blissful garden, 800 sq. ft. in size. It can seat up to 4 people. - There is a private swimming pool, 20x12 ft. in size and 4.2 ft. in depth. - Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. - There are serene outdoor patios, set amidst refreshing breeze and offering soothing views of the gardens and towering trees. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and mixer. - Crockery and cutlery are also available. - Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. FOOD - Guests can eat out or order in from nearby restaurants. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Promising to be an escape from the monotony, this holiday home is enveloped in spectacular landscapes and a misty breeze. Begin your day with a leisurely stroll on the beautifully manicured lawn. Bask in the sun and relish your morning cuppa on the outdoor patio. Head over to the attic room for movie night. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards, carrom, and monopoly. Enjoy a competitive match of badminton or cricket. Reserve the evenings for a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool. Relish a lavish barbecue meal. Go home rejuvenated and relaxed. ADD-ON SERVICES - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session inclusive of coal charges. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - The stay is a part of a gated community. - All-male groups are not allowed. - This is not a pet-friendly property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all lights, fans and ACs for up to 8 hours. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. - Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
