You are immediately welcomed into the very spacious open concept living room with 14 foot vaulted ceilings and beautiful fireplace. Plush, relaxing leather couch and twin lazy boy recliners tempt you to grab a hot cocoa and lounge around the fire. The 1960’s vintage kitchen combines glorious turquoise countertops with original copper fittings. Stylishly updated with brand new stainless steel appliances and stocked with everything you need to enjoy our swiss chalet as your own. A dedicated dining room with 180 degree views is perfect for meals as well as playing foosball, Dungeons & Dragons or just watching squirrels and stellar jays hop around in the pine and oak filled property that juts out into space like the prow of your own pirate ship. 2 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with queen beds and a twin mattress all with plush memory foam mattresses ensure a restful and rejuvenating night. Stay cool with ceiling fans and AC Air Conditioning in the master bedroom and the cool breeze through the trees on the north slope of Arrowhead Highlands. Coffee lovers! Calandia features state of the art coffee. A Ratio Six brewer paired with a Baratza burr grinder and featuring complimentary Torque Coffees you will be in coffee heaven. Calandia has a full size Foosball table, a custom Calandia cornhole set, tons of board and card games, a complete dungeons and dragons game set including miniatures and a 50” 4K TV with full cable TV and every streaming service.
