Basecamp in Flagstaff AZ, Adults Only

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home located on the west side of Flagstaff. Outside the back gate is the Flagstaff Urban Trail System, as well as immediate access to the trails in the Coconino National Forest. Hiking and mountain biking everywhere! Flagstaff has a cool vibe downtown with upscale restaurants and galleries/shops. This base camp is 40 minutes to downtown Sedona and 90 minutes to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. The space The home is 2 bedroom and 2 and a half baths, for adults only. Incredible back yard and amazing open first floor with luxury kitchen. A separate room, used as an office if available upon request. There is a train that runs behind the home, but the home is extremely quiet. Guest access The garage can be used for storage only. The office can be used upon request. There is one closet that is locked off for owner. Other things to note This "basecamp" is adjacent to the National Forest, 40 minutes to Sedona, and less than 90 minutes north, you are stepping on the south rim of the Grand Canyon. There are many other amazing national monuments and state parks well within the 60 mile radius around town such as Lowell Observatory, Walnut Canyon National Monument, The Petrified Forest, Bearizona and so much more!
