It has a large drawing-cum-dining room which works as sitting area as well as meeting area. The living room has TV with cable connections. The entire apartment has Hi Speed WiFi. Apart from the fully equipped kitchen in the apartment for your private and exclusive use, you can order home-made food from us. Breakfast is at Rs. 250/person and meals are at Rs. 350/- per person(For minimum order of 3). For less then three 100 Rs Extra.. Once you opt for optional butler service, he would act as your house maid doing your dishes, washing your clothes and also bring your groceries. Moreover, you have choice of as many as 50 restaurants within a radius of 1.5 km offering various cuisines! The nearest metro station is Sector 142 which is just 2 km, a drive of 5 minutes.. The apartment is on the 6th floor. There are two elevators in the building. It is extremely private and overlooks large green areas from the balcony. - To avoid misuse of electricity, we have installed sub meter, of which, the guest can note reading at the time of check in and at the time of check out. Any electricity consumption beyond 15 units per day will be charged @ Rs. 9/- per unit and collected at the time of check out. Guest access The entire apartment is set-up exclusively for our guests, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. You get the entire 4 bedroom apartment access to all the modern amenities and of course, our wonderful hospitality. We offer butler services, for house hold chorus at Rs 1750 per day. This is absolutely optional for guest. Only those guests, who opt to have this service will be charged Rs 1750 per day. Having traveled the world-over ourselves, we understand the importance of quick assistance when it comes to the travel needs of our guests. We shall be happy to help you with shuttle bookings, metro routes, train or flight tickets, outstation cabs, city tours, foreign exchange or anything else you may require help with. We also have a dedicated manager, Mr. Ravindra, to assist you throughout your stay and to troubleshoot any issues. The apartment is located in a secure neighbourhood and is very friendly for families, kids and women traveler's. Uber and Ola cabs are easily available to and from the apartment. Popular eateries like House of Migo, Bikanerwala, Brown Bites are closeby. The closest metro station of sec 142, a 5 minute drive, falls on the Aqua-Line of Noida Metro. We discourage consumption of alcohol, smoking or playing music in the apartment. The place is not available for parties or events where music, alcohol and/or tobacco is present.
