2 bedroom apartment with a big balcony on the 12th floor. The balcony faces west and offers beautiful, panoramic views. The apartment is on a quiet street near the lively Tsereteli Avenue. Many grocery shops and cafes are nearby. Subway station "Tsereteli" 7 minutes walking, bus station in 4 walking. The Central Railway Station - one stop by subway or 20 minutes by foot. The apartment is family friendly and pet friendly. Fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Tbilisi The space The apartment is in a newer building in central Tbilisi. It is on the 12th floor and offers a panoramic view of the city, it's main sights like the TV tower, and the surrounding mountains. On a clear day you can also spot the large Trinity Church on a hill and the historic Old Town. Sunsets are especially beautiful. The hallway on the 12th floor features beautiful murals made by the neighbour children. They also set up a green space. You are welcome to use it, but please keep in mind that this is a shared space and be mindful of noise and litter. The apartment has a very spacious hallway, a separate storage room where you can keep your luggage, and a big bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials, including a dining table. From the kitchen you can access the living room and the smaller bedroom. You can access the balcony from the living room and the big bedroom. Both bedrooms have large closets. For guests with children - there is a sports field and playground behind the building. The apartment is in need of minor cosmetic renovations - the cat of the previous tenants left some scratches on the wallpaper. But you will find it clean and functional. Guest access You are welcome to use the green space in the stairway. But as it is a shared space, please be mindful of noise and litter. Thank you. Other things to note In Georgia it is very common to have pay-per-use elevators in residential buildings. Our elevator is the same. Going up costs 0.1 GEL (~0.03 USD) and going down is free. You pay with a prepaid card. We charge it up with a complimentary sum for every guest that should cover the length of your stay. Should you run out of credit, you can easily recharge that card. Instructions are available in the apartment. Please note that if you lose the card, we will have to charge a replacement fee of 10USD.
