Forget all your worries in this spacious 140 m² house, serene and equipped with a veranda giving access to the large garden, in a peaceful area of Orvault and located less than 10 minutes from the first transport line and very close to Orvault Grand Val for amenities. The space You have the option to park very easily and for free in front of the house. Two private bedrooms separated by the upstairs office that can accommodate up to three tenants per room. I only allow a maximum of 4 tenants to occupy the property during this same period of stay. Linens and (towels on request and free of charge) are provided but not shower gels. Smoking is permitted in the garden or under the courtyard. Guest access The garden, living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared. A wifi code is also available. During your stay I'll be happy to host you and give you a tour of the premises. I also usually share these social moments around the table where we can chat and get to know each other, but without any obligation of course. However, I will ask tenants not to eat in the rooms for obvious sanitary reasons.
