The apartment is less than a 10-minute drive from all the major attractions Cape Town has to offer; such as Camps Bay and Clifton's world-class beaches, Table Mountain, Lions Head, and V&A Waterfront to name a few. The space ***This apartment is fitted with a UPS which continues to provide electricity during load-shedding (Internet Wifi, television, lamp, phone charger) There is also a gas stove for cooking.*** Recently renovated, the apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and offers city, sea, and mountain views. The apartment building has only two apartments on each floor. This apartment faces the sea. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and all cookware for self-catering including a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer for your convenience. The lounge area has a 55-inch HD television with access to Netflix. The apartment has free wifi. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single basin, bath, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. All windows in the bedrooms and lounge/dining area have block-out blinds. The apartment has 24hr security cameras and each entrance/exit point of the complex is accessed with security tags and / or remote controls. Two parking bays are available at no additional cost in the basement garage. The elevator is accessed from the ground floor to the apartment. The apartment is fitted with a UPS (uninterrupted Power Supply) that will continue to supply power (in the event of any load-shedding / power cuts) to the television, Wi-Fi, sound bar and lounge corner lamp. Guest access Entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment can be booked via Instant Book by guests who have stayed on Airbnb without incidents or negative reviews. Other bookings will need to be verified by the host. The apartment fee is discounted by 15% for any bookings that are 1 week or more, 25% for any bookings that are 4 weeks or more, 30% for 8 weeks or more and 35% for 12 weeks or more. A long with these discounts offered and with the apartment's nightly fee being incredibly reasonable, no further discounts will be negotiated. The cost to clean the apartment on departure has been included in your quoted rate and is marked as "Cleaning Fee". Stayover cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee directly with our cleaner and is not included in your booking rate. The elevator is not operational during any power outages/load shedding. The staircase must be used during these times.
