Hi. we want to share our little family cocoon. This mezzanine apartment is ideal for a stay in the mountains, in the Capcir, a wild area of the Pyrénées-Orientales. In addition to nature, you will enjoy the exceptional comfort of being at the foot of the slopes of the Puyvalador resort. Please note that the resort is permanently closed. The place is ideal for sledding, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing! The resort of Formiguères is 10 min by car, that of Mijanes 20 min. The space The 24 m2 accommodation is simple and well thought out. It can accommodate up to 6 people; with 4 you will be more comfortable. I do not recommend it for more than 4 adults. At the entrance, on your right you will find two bunk beds and on the left the bathroom. Continuing, you will see the sofa bed, and opposite, the kitchenette and the retractable dining table. The staircase leads to the mezzanine bedroom which has a large closet. We leave duvets and pillows (no sheets or towels) as well as all kitchen utensils, basic food and everything in the closet. We decided not to charge a cleaning fee, so we're counting on you to leave the place clean. This apartment is designed as a mountain refuge, we like to go there regularly and we do our best to make your stay comfortable. We want to build a relationship of trust, respect and common sense with you. Guest access Free parking is available downstairs from the building and you can use the elevator to bring up your luggage. Other things to note Local shops (butcher, bakery, supermarkets, cafés...) are a 10-minute drive away, and the supermarket is 30 minutes away. During school holidays, the rental is for a minimum of 2 nights. (Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. - Check-out is at 11 a.m.).
