Welcome to my personal guest house on my property! Charming rustic cabin with a cozy king bed and electric fireplace. Smart TV. Mini fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. OUTDOOR bathroom includes a large shower with hot water, sink with hot water as well and covered flush toilet. Perfect for the traveling couple who doesn’t need to cook. Bunkhouse is located between our home and shop so you might see us walking between the two. The ceiling is low 6’2” You have to walk outside to get to the bathroom The space Please read all the information before booking for a successful stay* Ride your bike or drive a quarter mile down the road to City creek trail system for a delightful time in nature. The nearest grocery store is one mile away or check out a local favorite bar and restaurant just down the country road about a mile. Picnic table and two lounge chairs make it nice to relax outside the bunkhouse on a nice evening or sip your morning coffee in the sun. You will have to walk outside the bunkhouse to get to the bathroom. (Idaho can be chilly at any time of the year) Smart TV with access to Netflix. However, do know the internet can be slow in this area. This is my private guest house on my family’s one acre property located between my home and large shop. You will see us most likely :) I work from home and enjoy greeting the guests and answering any questions. Late arrival or last minute bookings are welcome :). I have teenagers off and on and my husband and I work in ourshop a lot. You could hear us working on our cars. Pets welcome! Up to 2 dogs. $15 per dog per stay. Extra $10 per night after 3 nights. 70 lbs limit. No fenced yard. Dog bed and dishes available in bunkhouse. I just ask that they don’t get on the bed. You can leave cash or I can send you a request through Airbnb. Please let me know if you plan to bring your pet. Guest access The bunkhouse, outdoor bathroom and patio area with the picnic table is your space. I do ask that you stick to your area and not wonder around the property or into areas marked private. Other things to note Please text me through the app or on my cell phone. No emails. Do not come here for the wifi, it can be slow. Come for the peace and relaxation. Black out curtains make it easy to sleep any time. Super cozy space but does have a lower ceiling. 6’2”Lots of plug ins. You have to walk outside to get to the bathroom. I recommend bringing slip on shoes. (Two warm cozy robes provided) The door locks automatically unless it is unlocked from the inside. Quiet country feel but in town! Quite time is 10 pm for everyone. The internet is hit or miss in this area. I recommend looking at the weather before booking in the Spring and Fall due to having an outdoor shower/bathroom, especially if you are used to a warm climate. Idaho can be cold at any time of the year. (The hot water is lovely and even when chilly, I find it very lovely. ) $250 fee for smoking in my home
