It is a corner unit and has a furnished private balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the Intracoastal. A perfect location whether you play golf or just want to relax at the beach/pool. There are two outdoor pools with grills. Our condo is also just steps away from the indoor pool and fitness center (brand new equipment). The space It is beautifully decorated and offers a bright and airy open concept living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating (4 recliners), and a large flat 50" screen television. The master offers a King size bed, 43" flat screen TV, balcony access, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The guestroom also offers a Queen Size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. and connected to second bathroom.There is a well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer inside the condo. Includes WIFI! Also a brand new HVAC system! Other things to note We use the Nest lock and have our guests provide us with the code they would like to use while they are renting. This property does not have elevators.
