To that effect, we provide - Heater, electric kettle, washing machine - Wardrobe, hangers - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, torch The Space: Let us walk you through the space. BEDROOM - The bedroom has a king-sized bed. Extra beds can be provided in the attic room. - A heater, electric kettle and attached bathroom is offered. BATHROOM - There is an attached bathroom and a common bathroom. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There are 2 living rooms, 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the first floor. - The living room on the ground floor seats up to 3 people and offers a TV and fireplace. - The living room on the first floor seats up to 2 people. - The dining area seats up to 2 people. - There is a lawn with seating for up to 3 people. - The apple, pear and cherry orchard is great to have a walk around. KITCHEN - The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, water dispenser, toaster, mixer, grinder, refrigerator and microwave. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Guests have access to the kitchen at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary and will be served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Timings will be strictly adhered to. - The cook can prepare meals at an additional charge of Rs.500 for vegetarian and non-vegetarian, per meal. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. The payment for the same can be made at the property. - Guests can also eat out at nearby restaurants like Chopsticks Restaurant, Cornerhouse Restaurant, IL Forno. Guest access The guests have access to their room and the common areas of the villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is available on call to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note HOME TRUTH - WiFi is not offered at the property. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. - During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.  ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can enjoy a peaceful read, or step outside for a peaceful walk in nature. Adventure lovers can enjoy treks, paragliding and river rafting nearby. STAFF ACCOMMODATION: We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff on the villa premises, however, they can be accommodated in a nearby hotel at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day. This may be subject to availability.  ADDITIONAL COSTS - The fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 700 per crate of wood. - A BBQ grill is available at an additional cost of Rs.1800 for 3 hours with grocery as per actuals. Please note that guests are required to handle the cooking themselves. - An iron can be provided at an additional cost.
