PLEASE READ...I live here, full time, with a roommate and my cats and dog, on a quiet cul-de-sac in a diverse neighborhood approximately 2 miles from I-95, and welcome you to come stay with me. I will gladly interact with guests, but I also understand not everyone wants to socialize. My property is visited every day by the local wildlife. My deck makes a great place to relax and watch the deer and birds. I do not charge additional cleaning fees. Check in time is flexible. The space I do not charge additional cleaning fees, and I am totally flexible with check-in time and guests may check out as late as 4pm. Just please give me approximate arrival time and late check out request. I have 2 bedrooms, 2 full beds, private bathroom. The rate is for the first 2 guests for 1 or both bedrooms. 3rd and 4th guests are additional charge. For safety purposes. I cannot host children under 12, but I will discuss possible exceptions. Guests must be 21 to book. The airport is about 5 miles away. Historic Savannah is about 13 miles away, and Tybee Island Beach is approximately 40 miles. If you have more than one vehicle or special parking requirements, please let me know. My roommate lives in a different living space on this property. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room, and living room as shared spaces. The guest bedrooms and bathroom are private and not shared. The living room is not for guests to sleep on the sofas. My neighborhood has a community pool that guests are welcome to use with my key. During your stay I'm very social and do not mind interacting with guests. I am best reached by the Airbnb messaging app or by text. Other things to note Guests are welcome to adjust the thermostat to their comfort level. My roommate on the property lives in a different living space. The bedrooms are the sleeping areas. Guests are not permitted to sleep in the shared spaces on the sofas.
