The floor plan gives you just the right amount of privacy and space, offering a bedroom and bathroom on each of its 3 levels. The entry level is where you'll find everything you need to make this vacation special. Starting with the fully equipped kitchen, making any home-cooked meal is as easy as it would be to make in your own kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area that comfortably seats 8 guests and looks out over the tree tops. Rounding out the open floor plan is a cozy living room complete with a wood burning fireplace, Imagine watching the sun rise in the morning from the dining or living room or even better from a rocking chair out on the wrap around deck. The upper level offers a master bedroom featuring the best views in the house, a panoramic view that includes long range mountains and big skies. The stars on a clear night are amazing and you can see them all from your luxurious king bed. Your private bathroom has its own deck, ideal for a undisturbed cup of morning coffee. Downstairs offers a den full of fun and memory-making potential. The 40" Flat Screen TV is perfect for movie nights. Play a competitive game of foosball or head outside to read a good book in the hammock. At night guests enjoy the large fire pit ideal to tell stories around the fire and make memories all while roasting some hot dogs and s'mores. If you need some peace and quiet maybe it is time to soak in the hot tub under the stars. You can take a walk down the road from Cabin Edelweiss and go exploring in the woods without getting back into a car. Since this cabin is located on 3 acres of North Georgia heaven, you ll never get bored. Let s face it, this cabin is adorable and is waiting for you to come and make some vacation memories! Other things to note DEPARTURE CHECKLIST - please carefully review before your departure We try to keep our property & cleaning fees to a minimum. To keep our cleaning fees low we ask for a little help at departure time. Please note that if you depart without completing the checklist, additional cleaning fees might apply depending on the condition the cabin was left in. • KITCHEN – Please load all dishes and run the dishwasher. Remove all food & beverages that you brought from cabin. • LINENS – Place all linens (white bed sheets, towels, & wash cloths) in main floor bath tub. Leave comforter, blankets, or mattress pads on bed, they are washed separately. • Heat – Air Conditioner – NEVER TURN THE HEAT/AC OFF. THIS COULD CAUSE MAJOR DAMAGE IN THE WINTER. • FIREPLACE - Wood Burning Fireplace must be completely extinguished and safety screen in place. • FIREPIT – must be completely extinguished • TRASH – ALL TRASH MUST BE BAGGED and placed in trash cans located outside the cabin. We have 3 trash cans which should be plenty. If you have more trash than what can fit in the cans, you are responsible hauling off to avoid an additional charge for additional trash to be picked up. • HOT TUB – Please make sure hot tub cover is securely closed on the tub. • LOCK UP – Secure and lock all doors (basement & 3 doors on main level) and windows. Please double check • CLOSING CODE & KEYLESS ENTRY LOCK INSTRUCTIONS – You will be issued a door code at check- that will be good until check-out time on your departure day. You may press any key to lock your door when you are outside of your property or upon departure. Remember the key code will only work until 11:00 am of your departure day unless you have arranged for a late check-out.
