Residence 45 (Flat: 5) is situated in the very center of Ankara. It's close proximity to the the consulates, banks, shopping area and restaurants makes the location very convenient and desirable for locals, expatriates and tourists. The flats are brand new and equipped with television, wifi, 24 hour security, surround security cameras, visual diaphone system, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
