Residence 45 (Flat: 5) is situated in the very center of Ankara. It's close proximity to the the consulates, banks, shopping area and restaurants makes the location very convenient and desirable for locals, expatriates and tourists. The flats are brand new and equipped with television, wifi, 24 hour security, surround security cameras, visual diaphone system, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. They are suitable for both short term and long term accommodation. Other things to note RESIDENCE 45 BUILDING RULES / THE RULES - Check-in hours are within working hours. Check-in hours are the same as our working hours. (08:30 – 18:30) - Check-out time for guests is 12:00 PM at the latest.
