The space You will enjoy the 1st floor of this 2 story beach front house. Inside you will have 3 bedrooms with a king bed, double bed and a bunk bed with a twin and double beds. Perfect and highly recommended for up to 7 guest, but if you need to accommodate more, a full-size sleeping sofa is available in the living room, having 9 guest in total. Ceiling fan in living room and wall fan at kitchen. You will enjoy an equipped kitchen and a full shower bathroom. No oven. Outside you have the shared laundry, full shower bathroom, BBQ and utensils available. Guest access You will have access to the entire 1st floor. Outside, the shared laundry, BBQ, and exterior bathroom with the 2nd floor guests. Other things to note -Street free parking. - We can not control noises from the veteran venue, boardwalk, or cars passing by. - You are renting the 1st floor, we can have guests on the 2nd floor.
