Guests can enjoy a variety of shopping and resturants options nearby, or they can stay in and can take advantage of a well-equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill on the patio, and smart TVs in every bedroom. The space The home featurs a master suite with queen bed and on suite bathroom with shower, the secondary bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other with 2 full beds, share a hall bathroom with tub and shower. Bring your own bedding and towels Guest access Guest recieve acess to entire home and garage for storage, garare doors are not operational for parking cars inside. (except owner's closet) Other things to note This is no pet property. Any pets brought onto the property will incur a $250 non-refundable fee, in addition to any damages and additional cleaning fees. This is meant to DETER guests from bringing pets in the first place. Service animals should be declared at the time of booking & provide proper paperwork. Bedding and linens excluded Since this is a longer term stay property, we do not charge a cleaning fee or deposit. We do ask that the property is left how it was found. If guests choose not to clean up after themselves, we charge $55/hr for cleaning.
