The place is realistically spacious, cozy, and very clean. It is a fully furnished, modern style unique condo/apartment in Nuvali. I'm sure you will like it as I personally designed it. The space This air-conditioned condo/apartment comes with a seating area, a two-seater recliner chair, 65" flat-screen TV with "Netflix" to watch your favorite movies and a "Cignal Cable" for your favorite TV series and a fireplace centerpiece. It also has a 6 seater dining table and a wide kitchen bar which you can use as a working space. A kitchen set with basic cooking tools, built-in electric stove, an oven, range hood and a fridge. Dining wares are provided for your meals, deliveries or takeaways! The automatic Panasonic laundry machine is also available with iron and ironing board. Our bathroom is fitted with a hot and cold shower. A toilet with a bidet. Towels and bed linen are available in the condo/apartment. Guest access Parking: 1. One hour FREE parking for Guests inside the condominium next to the Guardhouse. 2. Parking fee of Php 100 per day and can be arranged with the guard on duty (please advise in advance if you will require parking space). Swimming Pool: Kindly approach our pool attendant in advance to access the swimming pool, a minimal fee is applied. Pool Timing: Every Tuesday to Sunday (Monday closed) 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (open) 4:01 pm - 5:59 pm (breaktime) 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (open) Pool Fee (Per person): Php 100 for Day time , Php 150 Night time Kids 7 yo. and below *free Fitness Gym: Please approach our guard on duty to access the fitness gym. Upon entry, a fee of Php 100 per day is to be collected.
