Easy, flat neighborhood walking, quiet and peaceful. The space This is a 3-room mother-in-law apartment in my home with It's own private, keyless entrance. It is separated from the main house by a locked door. The great room has a huge surround couch, books, magazines, games, free snacks and lots of free Keurig coffee. Kitchenette complete with dbl. burner hot plate, Sink with filtered water, refrigerator, and cabinets fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Enjoy eating at the dining table. Also available for outdoor cooking is a shared grill and patio. Cleaning products under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Enter the spacious bedroom with a queen bed, 2 closets, and another TV. A roll-away single cot is in one of the 2 closets. Full bath with tub and shower is through bedroom. Neighborhood is flat and great for walking. Our home is just 5 minutes from stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. Also within 30 minutes of Knoxville and The Smoky Mts. Very quiet and private, exceptionally clean! Guest access The neighborhood is flat, (for good walking), streets are in a square and well -marked with signs and street lights. My white brick home has 2 driveways. The Airbnb has its own driveway. Facing the front door, the driveway is on the left with an Airbnb parking sign as well. We are very close to walking paths that connect throughout the city. Other things to note Due to asthma and allergies to pet dander, my physician has instructed me that most pets would be detrimental to my health. Limit is 3 guests. Smoking outside only. No parties allowed. Guests only on premises.
