We allow one pet, there is a 75 dollar pet fee. Has one bed in the loft with very short ceiling, and a small futon in the living area. Has hot tub, fire pit, hammock, kids play area, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, microwave, toilet, small sink, shower. Its a nice location close to pigeon forge and back way to Gatlinburg. Tiny home has cameras on the parking area of the property Other things to note Dogs allowed please review our pet policy under the house rules Hot tub may not be up to temperature on first arrival depending on when the previous guest left and when the hot tub was drained and clean. Could be late at night before hot tub is up to temperature on first night of stay. No smoking in the cabin 300 dollar extra cleaning fee Check out is before 10am, 125 dollar fee for late checkout We do have cameras on the parking area of the cabin. Fireplace is seasonal Oct 16- April 1st. Hot Tubs are cleaned before each arrival, depending on when last reservation left, and when the hot tub was drained and cleaned hot tub may not be hot till later at night on check in day because it has to heat back up after cleaning and refilling. We do have bears around the resort, so please use precautions when at the cabin. Do not leave trash outside, or put food anywhere other than on a table. Do windows up and doors locked on cars. Try not to leave any food in or on cars
