Welcome to our beautiful Hilton Head villa! This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1st-floor villa in a quiet gated community located within a 5-minute walk from a beautiful beach with a private entrance. Parking for the villa is steps from the door, with shops & restaurants nearby. Perfect for family vacations, golf, and business trips. The gated community has 10 tennis courts, 2 large outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, racquetball courts, fitness centers & playground. $100 late checkout fee The space This first-floor villa is steps from parking and offers convenient keyless entry along with free wi-fi and cable TV. The kitchen contains a Keurig, blender, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cookware for up to six guests. Towels are provided for all guests along with a washer and dryer in the unit. Our space sleeps up to 6 (2 in the Queen bed, 1 in each full-size bed, and 2 small ones on the full-sized pull-out couch). The kitchen is fully updated and the mattresses are very comfy. Dishware, cooking utensils, and glassware are provided. The unit is ~1,000 sq ft. and feels very spacious with a great patio to enjoy a drink on. Guests have access to all the complex amenities including two large outdoor swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts pickleball courts, a fitness center, four playgrounds, outdoor grills, and bike racks next to each building - why drive when you can bike around the island on the numerous bike paths! The pool is open from March 1 to November 1 (heated and cooled accordingly). Unfortunately, our association does not allow pets or trailers.
