Wash away your worries in the hot tub with beautiful views or sweat it out in the barrel sauna on the back patio. The main level has vaulted ceilings that complement the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Additionally, there are two comfortable bedroom and a full bathroom. The master bedroom sits in the loft and offers amazing views and an en suite full bathroom. The basement has a separate living area, two bunk beds, and a full bathroom. The house couldn't be more perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax or explore! Guest access Guests have the entire place to themselves! Other things to note - A Maximum of two (2) pets are allowed at our home. Pet fee is $75 per pet. - We've prepared a starter supply that includes coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft white towels! - Winter months do bring snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations. - Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. We are not responsible for lost mail.
