The space This home is one of two completely separate and fully legal suites. Each suite has its own private entrance, independent heating and ventilation system, smoke separation, and temperature controls—ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your stay. There is even professional sound attenuation between the floors to help reduce noise transfer. That said, while the soundproofing is excellent, some sound between units is normal and expected, just like in any multi-unit home. The suite sleeps up to 10 guests, with space for 2 people per bedroom across 4 beds and a pull out bed plus additional sleeping space for 2 guests on the couches in the common areas. Other things to note The home is one of two totally separate LEGAL suites. It has separate heating and ventilation, separate smoke shield, separate temperature control, it even has sound attenuation between the floors. The entrances are separate. You have no access the space downstairs and they have no access to your space. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
