The Space: The Launchpoint Lodge is a historical colonial home built in 1902 that has been recently renovated this year with a focus on stylish décor and improved amenities for ultimate comfort and convenience. With just six private suites, our boutique inn offers a unique and inviting place to unplug and relax while exploring local attractions. Each guest enjoys access to the best of both worlds – the privacy of their own cozy suite and the sociability of our spacious shared spaces. You will also find filtered water, an ice machine, microwave, and a variety of dishware for your convenience. ● Sitting Room: Various comfortable conversational areas are supplied with board games, books, and a fireplace for your enjoyment. ● Sunroom and Rear Deck: These spaces offer a window into Lincoln’s picturesque natural landscape, ideal seasonal hangout areas for relaxing or connecting with fellow travelers. The Hancock Suite: The newly renovated Hancock Suite is located on the second floor. This unit offers a king bedroom and sitting room with a queen pullout sofa. The setup is very versatile and can accommodate 4 adults or provide more space for a party of 2. The large bedroom offers a king-size bed, 2 sitting chairs nestled near a small electric fireplace, and a window view of Moosilauke Mountain where the sunsets are amazing. The adjoining sitting room provides a writing desk, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a mini-fridge. The en suite bathroom is located off the sitting room and has a walk-in shower. The suite was updated in Dec 2022 with new furniture, décor, lighting fixtures, and fresh paint.
