Please turn them off when you are not occupying the apartment. 🪟 Close windows and lock doors when you are not in the apartment. ♻️ Electricity Usage Please use electricity sparingly as we are affected by loadshedding. 🪣 Waste & Recycling • Please place rubbish in the bins located to the left as you exit our gate, behind the brown gate. • Recycling goes in the green-lidded bins, and general waste goes in the black bag. 🚙 Parking • Secure gated parking is available. We are the first parking spot behind the gate. • The remote is in the apartment. • Note: It’s a steep parking spot, so we usually park on the street, which is safe. • Do not leave valuables in your car, there is a security camera on the street for added protection. ⛔️ Strictly NO Smoking Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including the balcony.
