The house is available for Cheltenham Race week (11th-14th March 2025). A 5 night minimum stay will apply (10th-15th March 2025). The property is available for sole use and we can accommodate 3 vehicles parked on the drive. The space Downstairs there is a full kitchen with top of the range appliances, quartz worktops, full wooden oak dining table with 6 seats, lounge with x2 large comfy leather sofas and a large flatscreen TV. There is also a coat/boot room and laundry/utility with full washer and separate tumble dryer. We have an outside seating area with BBQ, patio and table setting. Upstairs are 3 Bedrooms, the first with a king bed, second with a double bed and in the 3rd room there is a sofa bed (folds into double) with full linen. The upstairs master room, spare bedroom and lounge downstairs have Sky Q (including movies and sports) and Netflix. There are two bathrooms upstairs. One with walk in rainfall shower and separate adjustable shower head. The other with bath, rainfall shower and separate adjustable shower head. There is also a downstairs toilet. We have wifi with Virgin Media Business, with boosters around the house with 350mbps internet speed.
