The space Your private suite is located on the lower level of a newly renovated mid century cottage. Our decor embraces the northern Kentucky bourbon vibe with an industrial flair. The space has an open floor plan that is perfect for an individual business traveler, or a couple coming to town for all the offerings of NKY and the Queen City. Sleep peacefully on the perfect Novaform queen, memory foam mattress. Extend your restful sleep by closing the room darkening blackout curtains. The private bathroom has all the essentials to get ready for your busy day. We’ve added the perfect desk/vanity to extend your space outside the bathroom; spread out your primping tools or just use it as your designated workspace. You’ll find multiple outlets and USB ports conveniently located where you need them. The kitchenette boasts several appliances for quick meals “at home”. You will find a bar fridge, microwave, air fryer, electric griddle, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and an electric water kettle. An industrial kitchen sink, washer, and dryer are located in attached laundry room. After a busy day, relax on the leather sectional in the living room, while you stream your favorite shows on the 65 inch TV. Guest access Outdoor Space: You have your own designated parking spot in the driveway, just steps away from your private entrance. Enjoy the large yard and patio with dining gazebo. Perhaps you’d like to barbecue your dinner on the gas grill provided. After dinner, sit by the fire at our built-in fire pit while you enjoy a glass of wine or sip bourbon -after all you are in Kentucky! This is your space while you’re our guest (although we don’t mind being invited to cocktail hour :)) Other things to note We are very excited to share our home with you. As your hosts, we occupy the main living area upstairs. We respect your privacy and have added a deadbolt lock on your side of the door at top of stairs. Please be aware that, while we do our best to be quiet, you may hear us from time to time. Please note that we can not except pets, including service animals. As much as we would love to embrace your pet—Mary has a severe allergy to pet dander, therefore, since this is a shared space, we are not required to accept pets or service animals.
