The property features a large waterfront lot with lush green grass and large trees along the edges providing just the right amount of shade! Watch the boats go by from our large back deck while enjoying a nice meal cooked on the BBQ. Do you love swimming, boating, and fishing? Well, this IS YOUR SPOT! You will not be disappointed 😎 The space This Cottage has ideal balance of rustic charm meets modern/functional comfort. You can catch, fillet & fry your dinner all on the property - while enjoying the lakefront view and beautiful scenery. You are always only a 5 minute drive from town should you need to grab supplies! The cottage has had some amazing upgrades completed over the winter months which will be revealed with new photos ASAP. Including but not limited to, freshly painted walls, new flooring, central AC, and much more! Guest access All areas are accessible other than the smaller Shed and the larger Garage nearest the lake will remain locked and holds the Owners belongings. * These sheds can be monitored by the neighbour's security motion camera that pans their backyard area. Other things to note This Cottage sleeps 8 guests comfortably, but can accommodate up to 10 guests through use of the guest bunkie. Please note that only for bookings with more than 8 guests will the guest bunkie be made accessible. ** The Areas for Sleeping are Listed Below: • Master Bedroom -> King Bed (2 people) • Smaller Room attached to Master -> 2 Single Beds (2 people) • Back Bedroom -> Queen Bed -> (2 People) • Bedroom off Dining Room -> Double Bed -> (2 People) Extra Sleeping: • Guest Bunkie -> Futon (Double)-> (2 people) • Room off of Master Bedroom - Bedroom #2 is not accessible through the hallway and is built off of the main bedroom, it features two single sized beds. ***IMPORTANT REMINDER TO GUESTS*** We do get this question quite often from guests who arrive and forget to bring toilet paper... so we have listed it in several sections of the listing for your convenience ** As this is a rustic style Cottage.. please be aware you are to bring your own personal hygiene and essential items such as; Hair dryer, hair products, cosmetic items, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner, dish soap, drinking water, toothpaste/toothbrushes, etc. -RULES REGARDING GARBAGE AND RECYCLING** Guests must please take ALL garbage and recycling with them when they check out. **There are multiple landfill sites all within a 10-25 min drive from the cottage, you may choose between any of the different local dumps, or perhaps one closer to your home if that is easier. Please be aware that it is the guest’s responsibility always to check the hours of any local dumps BEFORE you check out as some of them are closed on specific days ie. Sundays and Mondays each week. ** We recommend you look online at each location's hours and rules to plan ahead. The cottage area does not have any regular garbage pick up so as a result, any guests who leave garbage behind will automatically be billed an additional 50$ minimum. Septic Bed - avoid flushing large amounts of toilet paper and feminine hygiene products)**
