The house is located in a garden with two of my houses. It is situated on a road with minimal traffic, limited to residents only. This air-conditioned house features a cozy living room with a workspace, WIFI, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. You can also enjoy your time on the terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The space The heart of this house is the living area, where you’ll find a comfy couch to unwind and also a working desk and working chair (perfect for remoite worker). Right behind it is a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can cook delicious meals with everything you need, including a large fridge with a freezer. The house features a small bathroom with hot water and a cozy bedroom with a wardrobe. To keep you comfortable, the entire house is fitted with mosquito nets. Other things to note We offer scooter and car rentals to enhance your stay. As they are limited is pre booking highly recommended. Additionally, we provide a private pickup from Thong Sala Pier. Since this service is limited, we recommend booking in advance to ensure availability. We recommend to rent a scooter as taxi prices are expensive on island and you are more flexible. If needed, we can also assist in finding third-party transport services and offer recommendations for local tours, sightseeing, and restaurants on the island. We provide toilet paper, shower gel, dish soap, and other consumables only once. For longer stays, guests are responsible for restocking them. We provide one set of towels and one set of bed linens are provided. Guests can either have them cleaned and replaced for a fee, or wash them themselves at a nearby laundry shop. We only provide the amenities listed in this listing. If you need anything else, please ask me in advance, and I’ll check if we can arrange it. We clean the house and change bed linens and towels upon arrival and departure. If you need additional cleaning, let me know, and I’ll be happy to assist—please ask me about the pricing. As we live on an island and the electricity is supplied from the mainland, occasional power outages may occur, which are unfortunately beyond our control. The power supply is managed by the government, and as a result, there may also be brief interruptions to the water supply due to ongoing maintenance work. As part of the check-in process, we kindly ask that you send us a clear photo of the passport of each guest staying in the house. This is required in order to register all guests in accordance with legal regulations. Please note: To maintain transparency, electricity is billed based on consumption at 7 THB per unit, measured by an electric meter.
