Alugo a super comfortable room with air conditioning. Vc will share the entire apartment eventually with another guest because there are 3 rooms of that apartment on Airbnb🧡. Room with space for home office, wardrobe, ceiling fan. Bed linens, fast wifi, equipped kitchen. All of this with great comfort and security in a very special and famous neighborhood. It is not possible to leave luggage before check-in. 🩷 The space The space is a large apartment that has been fully renovated for guest comfort. The building is old and we have no elevator (but there are only 3 flights of stairs that are super easy to climb ). If staying at someone's is much more than just having a good location or paying cheaper than a hotel. If staying at someone's home has a lot to do with the experience I want to have in this lodging . This is very enriching! Of course, some guests are more booked and prefer a slightly quieter stay. And it's fine tbm ! But if you enjoy a good conversation, getting to know places that have varied music, diverse indications such as good restaurants or our local cuisine, which beaches I love the most, allow yourself to get to know me! Life needs affection! We need to exchange affections ! No smoking inside this apartment (we have already had fire by burning cigarette butt thrown out of the window😞) Please leave footwear used in the street at the entrance of the apartment outside (or inside the apartment next to the door). Shake clothes, bags and beach towels well as soon as you leave the beach. There are free showers of the stalls there where you can remove that sand that is accumulated inside the bathing suits. Back from the beach ? Take A BATH immediately before lying down or sitting on the bed. The seawater salt, sunscreen or tanner of your body stain our bed linen. Ensure that whenever the main door of this apartment is properly locked. Upon arrival, lock the door and remove your key from the door . This way if someone arrives there will be no trouble getting in. Your room has a key. If you always want to leave, lock your room door. If the keys are lost, the amount of 100 reais will be charged. Don't forget lights on and CONSCIOUSLY use air-conditioning . Disconnect it WHENEVER you leave the room and keep door and window closed if it is in operation. Air-conditioning is only allowed to sleep during the night. Not during the day . Help me save money so I can offer daily rates at fair prices. Do not put clothes or towels to dry on the bed , upholstery or windows. They may , respectively , stain fabrics or be carried away by the wind. We have two options for drying the towels : (1) We have support on the wall where towels can be hung, etc . (2) We also have the option to wear the clothesline that is found in the laundry near the kitchen . Use at will ! Do not use our towels and/or bed linen as a floor cloth or use them for removal of makeup. You may be charged for any patches that are difficult to remove. The use of the washing machine is available for single use only when the lodging is at least 5 days. DO NOT USE THE MACHINE WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST. If you want to make use of the tank/sink next to the washer , no problem. There always has a neutral bar laundry soap. Maintain the bathroom always dry and clean and the lid of the vase lowered. Remember that other people share this same space. The liquid soap that is in the sink is unique and exclusive to wash your hands. Do not remove it from the place because others will use it. Use the soap that was delivered to you next to your bath towel. If you prefer we have liquid soap for the body inside the shower box. Avoid long term baths. We are aware of the waste of water and that the bathroom is also used by others. Also use the small bathroom in the laundry room if the main bathroom is busy and you don't want to wait to vacate it. It is small but has a shower also with hot water. ONLY toilet paper can be thrown into the toilet. Other waste, such as sanitary pads, etc., should be placed in the trash can next to the toilet. If you eat at home, use the kitchen table. The kitchen and all surfaces - mainly the sink, meal table and stove - must always be cleaned after use.
