Centrally located, a large, bright 3.5-room apartment with a balcony in the heart of Munich's Isar-Vorstadt district. Bahnwärter Thiel, Oktoberfest, the Isar River, and Glockenbachviertel are all within a 5-minute walk. Götheplatz subway station is 300 meters away. Paulaner Brauhaus is right outside the front door. A huge sofa bed (innerspring) sleeps up to 3 people + one separate single bed. I'm mostly out of the house, but I sleep and live in the apartment.
