The residence has ample space at the front with a lawn, at the back a garage for up to 03 cars, with space for a barbecue, toilet, outdoor shower. The space The residence has 04 rooms, 01 suite and 03 more rooms all air-conditioned with a double bed. It has a dining room and a TV room combined with the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. In the back part, an area with covered garage, space for laser with table, barbecue, counter and sink, wood stove, toilet, laundry room and an external shower. Guest access It has the entire structure to live in, such as: stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric oven with the necessary utensils for everyday life, Brastemp washing machine, 32-inch TV with local channels (basic), WIFI with high speed 5G with 200MB speed, split air conditioning in both rooms.
