Modern 4-bedroom home with ocean views

Our house is a comfortable home base for travelers and families who want to experience all that Reykjavík has to offer. It's only a 7 minute drive to the heart of downtown where you can enjoy Icelandic nightlife, culture and gourmet cuisine. Or if you're in the mood to relax, the Sky Lagoon is just 5 minutes by car. The house is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lovely ocean views. There is even a nearby path you can take to visit the beach Nauthólsvík. Guest access All the house except for one room. There are five rooms in the house but only four are in use. Other things to note Important information: Our premises are still under construction, the price is lowered because of that. It is mainly on the outside, see photos attached. Some minor details on the inside are not finished such as fireplace, temporary railing and temporary stove. This is my primary home, therefore i have some of my personal belongings there thought I will put most of it away. Inside: Temporary railings, fireplace is not ready and still in construction. Small finishing touches on the painting in the sealing and around doors and windows. There are lights in all rooms but there are missing lamps in laundry room and some wall lights are missing. In the kitchen there is a temporary stove with two span plates. The top board on the island is also temporary. Outside: We still have scaffolding on the outside of the house seeing as we are still working on setting up the outside wall cladding, the house is insolated. The garden is unfinished and same goes for the parking lot. We have free sparking space near the house.
