Facing south, with a fully fenced garden of 700 m2. Its comfortable capacity is 10 people, up to 12 people. The entrance to the chalet: The entrance with its access vestibule allows you to drop off your shoes and skis in winter. The cozy living room, tastefully and authentically decorated, will charm you and make you feel good when you arrive. It offers a fireplace with heat recovery and fan diffusing hot air in the chalet. A beautiful 3 m chême table, sofa, armchairs, plaids and cushions. Ceramic radiators. A covered terrace, with stunning views of the Cambre d'Aze and garden furniture to enjoy lunch in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen, with its standing eater, refrigerator/freezer, traditional coffee machine and Nespresso, toaster, microwave, oven, kettle, 4-burner gas stove, 2 raclette appliances... 1 bathroom with shower and double sinks with storage furniture and mirror. 1 separate toilet. 1 closet, wardrobe, shelf. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, and 1 bedroom with sofa bed, multi-sockets, duvets, cushions, 1 closet/shelf, 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet, washing machine, double sinks with storage furniture and mirror. Upstairs: A 20 m2 bedroom with cupboards and sofa. The mezzanine with 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm trundle beds. The baby corner: 1 children's portable crib, with 1 real 15 cm mattress. Other remarks: Available to guests: Bed linen and towels are included, you must provide your own tea towels. Wood for the fireplace is provided. The electric meter does not allow the charging of electric vehicles, a charging base is located in Pyrénées 2000 for your convenience.
