Located just a 2.5-hour getaway from Mumbai city and 1.5 hours from Pune, my villa is a holiday treat that is perfect for lazy poolside days with family and friends. Situated in the hills, the villa has a breathtaking view of the Pavana Lake on one side, the Tikona Fort. The property has one swimming pool, two garden areas to enjoy the gorgeous view and stir up nostalgic conversations, and a private waterfall during the monsoons. Book your stay with us today and make memories for life! The space This home is a wood-stone finished luxurious retreat with a stunning stone wall living area. Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Bedrooms: - There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms – two on the mezzanine floor and two on the ground floor - 3 rooms have attached bathrooms and have lake view on one side and the pool and fort view on the other. - One bedroom on the mezzanine floor has a balcony, the other leads you to the pool area. Both the bedrooms have queen size beds. - One bedroom on the ground floor has two queen size beds and leads you to the pool area and the other bedroom has one queen size bed and leads you to the outdoor area. Bathrooms: - There are 3 private attached bathrooms in the villa. - There is also 1 common bathroom in the villa. - All bathrooms have water heaters, towels and toiletries. Common Area: - The living room has a 6 seater sofa and has a lake view on one side and leads you to a private waterfall on the other. - There’s a roof top terrace for guests to unwind. - A private pool is available for the guests to use for a perfect sundown party. - There are private lawns where guests can hold events for 20 people. - Lounge chairs make for comfortable outdoor seating arrangements. - There is a pool table in the living room and a Table tennis table outdoors. -A lounging room with a projector, music system and games. Kitchen - The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, oven, cutlery and water filter. Guest access Within the property, guests can enjoy a dip in their private outdoor pool, indoor games such as UNO, Mono deal, Phase 10, Ludo, Carom, Billiards and outdoor games like table-tennis. Other things to note - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We only allow families and mixed groups at the apartment. - Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - The villa has a full power backup incase of any occasional power outages that occurs. - A Security deposit of Rs 15000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don't allow loud music in the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
