Deluxe Poolhouse Kitchenette great value & homie

This is the kitchenette, up to 2 guest can stay comfortably. NO pets. Has pretty much anything you may need. TV&dvd, smart hub, smart light with mood/color, granite counter tops, touchless sink, microwave with air fryer and oven, keureg, ice maker, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, even a dish washer! It is probably there, if you have any special request just ask. You are not to invite others to the pool but you as guest are welcome. In other words, this is not a place for locals to have parties. The space Everything you need, nice, clean, convenient, and affordable. Guest access You may have to share bathroom access with other guest, the bathroom is the third door. It is an exterior door please see pics. There are two rooms with beds, the kitchenette is the larger of the two rooms and each has its own exterior door. This is nice because you will not have other guest in your private room. Other shared areas may be pool and backyard area, grill, etc. There is also a hot tub that I did not list because I am trying to find a leak so it may or may not be avaliable. Other things to note The price is usually cheaper when the pool is closed. Base price is usually 65 before the fees and taxes are added by airbnb. There is a discount for a week long stays and greater discount for month long stays. Longer stays: The max is set at 31 currently but if you stay for a short time and I know you will take care of my place longer stays may be avaliable. If you have other questions please let me know.
