FOR NATURE LOVERS AND SUNNY CLIMATES!!! Other things to note Eco-friendly home: The property runs on a solar energy system. For this reason, during very cloudy or rainy days, the electrical power may decrease. To ensure comfort, we provide a gasoline and/or propane generator with 7,300 watts of power to supply any energy shortage. The generator is delivered full, providing approximately 16 hours of use. If additional gasoline or propane is required, it will be at the guest’s expense. Water is supplied by a water tank, which is regularly refilled by a tanker truck. There is a private beach access, and we provide a staircase so you can safely go down to the beach. All of our guests are personally received and guided to the house by the hosts. We help you settle in, explain how every component of the house works, and answer any questions you may have. We recommend using the air conditioning only for 6 hours at night, with the bedroom door closed, since the house runs on solar energy. It is not recommended to use the air conditioning during the day because the system recharges using sunlight. This accommodation is ideal for people who love outdoor activities such as swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, wing surfing, cycling, and enjoying the sun, sea, and sand. It is mainly recommended for active guests who enjoy nature and adventure. NOTE: This place is not recommended for people who struggle in hot environments.
