Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our home is set in the historic village of Rickelrath, close to the woods, the Schwalm river, fields and cycle paths. There are great restaurants within walking distance, an ice cream parlour round the corner and a lovely, relaxing garden. Wegberg station, shops & restaurants are a 5 minute car ride or a 30 minute walk away. Schwaam next door is a beautiful half timbered village with Farms to visit and local produce on sale The space From our tiled hallway you can access the downstairs bathroom, with shower on the right. On the left you will find the utility room which contains a washing machine and a tumble drier. Next, you come into the open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with French doors opening onto the garden. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, one of which is set up as a kids room. The upstairs bathroom contains a rain shower ( as does the one downstairs) and a freestanding style bath. On the top floor you will find the fourth double bedroom. There is room to park two cars in front of our garage and to the right of our garage, at the front of the property. The property has solar panels, is insulated to eco standards, heated by an air source heat pump with underfloor heating. Each room contains a smart switch where you can set the temperature and control the lighting and outdoor blinds. The living room contains a smart TV and there is wi fi throughout the house. Guest access You can access all the rooms described and make use of the garden. We have kept back the fifth bedroom for storage along with the under stairs cupboard, both of which will be locked.
