Cozy room in the gorgeous town

I want to share the extra room in my home with occasional travelers. The room is private, upstairs. I provide sheets, blankets, and bathroom towels. My house has a nice living room, a spacious kitchen, and a small bathroom. My dog is around, but they are not allowed in the room. In my house, we also have a fenced backyard that we share with our neighbors. I am looking for occasional travelers and/or people affiliated with studying, working, or researching at Ithaca College or Cornell University.
