2 bed cottage built in 1891, with a paddock to the rear. Location is close to Croston, Tarleton and other nice villages, many public footpaths to explore and cafes to visit, Main bedroom is spacious with views of open fields to the front The second bedroom is a standard double with views over the rear garden and paddock. The outside space is shared with a small business that operates from the workshop to the left of the house during working hours. Drive is ample for off road parking. The space With a lovely warm house the cottage is a little getaway that you can just cosy into for a few nights, or enjoy the gardens around a firepit. If you are feeling more adventurous you can find your way into the village to explore the pub, the Old Mill antique shop with cafe and the kids playground and tennis courts A little further out you can find your way to Bank hall an old stately home which has extensive grounds and recently renovated. get on your bikes, car or good walking shoes and find your way to Croston or Talton, bustling little villages with lots of great pubs and restaurants. Fancy and Indian or Italian? San Marcos just around the corner you won't be disappointed. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy with only the garage being 'off limits', This includes 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, lounge with two sofas and TV for those cosy nights in with the underfloor heating keeping you warm, a small study and two bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a large freestanding bath. The driveway is ample for upto 4 cars, and the rear garden is great to enjoy those sunny evenings or frost covered mornings on the garden furniture. On the other side of the garden gate is a 1/2 acre paddock for children or dogs to run wild. If you are unlucky enough to have to do some work during your stay there is an office at the rear of the house. The utility room is also spacious with a large sink. where you first enter the house through the rear door. Other things to note Incase you have concerns about the small business working from the garage, it is a small cottage industry type business with only 2 people, at best you won't notice us at all at worst you will see two or three cars arrive and leave during working hours. there is ample parking for these vehicles and upto 4 of your own and the operations are quiet.
