The Villa is two stories, 3500 sq feet in total and includes 6 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two showers, separate toilets, two fully-equipped kitchens, three patios plus an independent apartment with kitchenette. It is equipped with solar panels, a water solar heater and water tanks totaling 3800 gallons. Located in a beautiful area of Saint-Lucia, not far from the Pitons, close to the beaches of Choiseul, Piaye and Vieux-Fort, the villa consists of three independent living spaces: the Family Garden Suite surrounded by dozens of fruit trees, a self-contained studio whose terrace opens onto the lush vegetation of the garden and the Upper Villa, whose open architecture allows the panoramic view to be appreciated. Kaï Papaï is set amidst enchanting greenery on which the fiery sun rays reflect their golden tones. On the bamboos that sway rhythmically to the silent melody of the aromatic marine breeze, dozens of colorful birds twit and chat lightheartedly. As humming birds begin their daily rounds of the flowers, the picking of fruit for breakfast starts. Depending on the season, you will find a selection of exquisite fruits on your breakfast table, ranging from juicy mangoes and refreshing papayas to bright yellow star fruits or the most palatable passion fruit in the Tropics. All these wonders are organically grown with love and care by our nature-oriented family on the villa's half-acre plot. Located on the top floor of an alluring blue-roofed villa, the accommodation is composed of two bedrooms. The larger bedroom sleeps up to five people and offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed. The second bedroom, which is slightly smaller sleeps up to three people and offers a double sofa bed and a single bed. The top floor also includes a spacious kitchen and bathroom and a large terrace. Wi-fi connection and a laptop are available. The soft tropical breeze naturally ventilates all the airy ample rooms. We also supply all the duvets, pillows and extra blankets necessary for a good night's sleep. We also supply all the duvets, pillows and extra blankets necessary for a good night's sleep. The bathroom includes a full size tub where you can indulge in a fragrant, relaxing bath while you admire the lush trees from the handmade jalousie windows. An outside shower with warm water is also available for nature-lovers who like being fresh and ready to hike by daybreak. You will be provided with fluffy towels and toiletries so your luggage will be as light as possible. The kitchen is well equipped with a two-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. Behind the masking curtains, you will find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you may need to prepare savory dishes, unless you prefer to go to the restaurant nearby or ask us about the possibility of having us a vegetarian meal for you. Other things to note Rates include the first morning's breakfast - tea, coffee, milk, juice, cereals, fruits, toasts and jams plus a pack of basic cooking supplies of oil, salt, sugar, etc. All bedrooms are equipped with 220 and 110V European, American and English plugs.
