Hello! We offer you a great place to stay for work teams. We offer a comfortable and quiet stay with all the necessary comforts in spacious spaces very well equipped. We are a productive orchard so we work in our spaces, there may be tools and inputs in sight. We are located near a road so there may be vehicle noise (we offer disposable earplugs for free). The space (Please read full) The stay considers 4 bedrooms (2 adjoining and connected). 2 full bathrooms for your stay, living, dining room and spacious kitchen. In total, there are 9 beds (considering 2 double and 7 single, we can add an extra bed of 1 and a half places in the gallery if you need it). The property has a covered terrace with an oven/grill (barbecue area) and a dining room and other terraces available for your rest. Fiber optic WiFi available. We have a reading space and a varied library. Ideal for team building. If you come with small children, we will ask you to always go out to the front park or quincho with a responsible adult. We are a little old-fashioned and do not use television, microwave or kettle, however feel free to bring them if you like. At home there is a fiber optic internet connection that works very well. Our accommodation is suitable for people who love animals. However, if you want to bring your pet, please let's talk beforehand to make sure they have a good stay. We have 6 dogs that are very friendly with humans, but it is necessary to introduce them to other dogs so that they can live together peacefully (in any case, our dogs are in the backyard, separate from the garden where your pets may be). If we agree that we can receive your pet, we will ask you to take them out to the garden and always be in the company of a responsible adult, since we are on the side of the road and they can always find a space in the green fence where they can escape. Due to our location, there may be noise at night when a truck passes (if you are a light sleeper, we suggest that you bring earplugs, although at home we always have disposable pairs for our guests that you will find in the bathroom cabinet). In general most people sleep and rest well. Since the last floods we do not have a swimming pool (it is not enabled by a major breakdown). We provide you with information on local entrepreneurs and farmers so you can buy excellent quality fruits, vegetables, food, etc. at very convenient prices. We look forward to seeing you! Guest access There is room for two to three vehicles at the entrance to the house. The setting is rural near the Cachapoal River, and a variety of heritage and tourist places to visit such as Cerro Codao, educational farm in Pichidegua, Las Azudas de Larmahue, Polished Educational Farm in Peumo, Cerro Gulutreng, in San Vicente you will find the Lake Tagua School Museum, Tagua Tagua Observatory, Tagua Tagua Observatory no more than 20 km away. Towards the southwest is the city of Las Cabras and very close to Lake Rapel. Pichilemu, Puertecillo is located 1 hour 30 minutes away from our location. Gated parking with gate.
