With a 3 miles straight shot to the beach, it is conveniently located at the nexus of the 10 and 405 freeways, between Playa Vista and UCLA, with connection by bus (just three doors down) to the beach, UCLA or the Expo line. This location has all you need within walking distance in the safe community of Westdale/Mar Vista to Ralphs, local restaurants, & Yama, our local sushi market. The space Detached auxiliary dwelling unit with gated entry. Street parking. Laundry can be done at the Westdale Coin Wash laundromat on the corner of National Blvd. and Bundy Dr. Backyard is for primary residence. BBQ available by request. Outside protected seating area. Guest access Lock box for gate and keyless code entry at the house. Other things to note Street Sweeping on Mondays 8-10AM, but the other side of Barrington is always open.
