The Escape chalet is located on the shores of Lac du Huit, Adstock, in Chaudière-Appalaches, approximately an hour from Quebec. An authentic space that offers you a peaceful and revitalizing get-away in a comfortable two-storey four-season chalet, for 6 to 8 people with 3 bedrooms offering all modern conveniences. CITQ member The space The open concept on the main floor offers a luxurious fully equipped kitchen with island and quartz countertop. The highlight of this floor, is a large (16 x 24 feet) covered terrace, with Southeast orientation that allows you to enjoy the sunrise over the lake. Thanks to its many windows, it is possible to enjoy the sun all day long, in fall, spring and as well as in summer! In winter it is not isolated and there is no electric heating, so it need a sunny day to raise in température. The wickerwork corner in front of the slow-burning fireplace invites you to relax (kindling wood and 7 logs included). You will also find, a bedroom with queen bed as well as the main bathroom with modern shower and jacuzzi bathtub. On the ground floor main roadside entrance, you will find a large wardrobe with shoe and luggage rack. A second ground floor entrance on the lake side gives you access to a 6-seater Jacuzzi SPA or the 3-seater swing with a superb view of the lake. BBQ is also available. Two inviting bedrooms are also found on the ground floor with a relaxing view of the lake; one with a queen size bed and the other with a queen and double mattress size bunk beds that are suitable for both children and adults. Full bathroom with shower on ground floor. Access to the washer/dryer is on request only. This summer, come and have fun on the lake at the edge of the wharf which is ideal for water games with the children. Don't forget your water shoes! For adults and experienced swimmers, swimming is accessible further in depth. Your rental summer package includes: - A 14-foot fibre glass rowboat with 2 oars, watting for you on the boat lift. For walleye and pike fishing enthusiasts, they are present in the lake and are waiting for you . A small electric motor and is battery is also inxluded. You can also bring your 2hp to 5hp motor it fit on it. Please clean your engine thoroughly before set it on the rowboat. - 2 adult rigid paddle boards with adjustable paddles, 3 adult PFDs. - 2 adult kayaks + 2 childs kayaks Everything is there for guaranteed pleasure! Located 10 minutes by car from the recreational tourist resort of Mont Adstock. At Mont Adstock you can enjoy hiking, golf and several kilometers of mountain biking trails in summer.
