You will be right on the border of Cloud 9 Farm but access Silver Lining Cabin through a quiet development. It is the last house of a neighborhood, with the privacy of Cloud 9 Farm’s Conservation Easement on two sides. A privacy fence shields you from another house in the development. Steep driveway (no special cars needed) but flat parking. Then, you will have a pathway to Cloud 9's 200 acres of trails and all that the farm has to offer. Cloud 9 Event area has a pond, picnic area with fire pit, horse shoes, Bocci ball and Croquet court. Or just stop by the pasture fence to call the spoiled cattle and feed them some apples. You'll have fun gathering wood from our woodpile and going into the woods for kindling for the fire pit. The home is on an acre. Built for 2, 4 or 6 people, we also have 3 bunk beds. If you have more than 6 people there will be a $20/person/nt up charge. It's worth it , though, so you can all be together. These are no ordinary bunks. They are custom built and sturdy for adults...a high, medium and a low. Other things to note If you are just two people, we will give you the best price. Silver Lining Cabin was originally intended to be a romantic get away, thus the heart-shaped tub in the master bath AND we also a two person hot tub on the patio. Kids love the folsball, air-hockey, play station and toys but note that there are only outside steps for access to lower level. Also, the dining table is on the deck for good weather otherwise the kitchen bar with counter top height swivel stools is the place to eat. Slab of maple tree is another table on the patio. Air conditioned for summer, gas log enameled stove for winter. Outside lighting. This is a new build and has modern features like heated bathroom floors and skylight. You'll love it.
